Nothing stops in this world, life still continues!

It was made of wood and clamped at ends and joints with bolts and nuts. The old boat was well known on the banks of the overflowing river that which ran on the outskirts of the village..The boat which carried people to their destination across thundering waves and safely transporting them to different shores stood rudderless today and gulped for air , sinking in oblivion.

Passengers still crossed the gigantic river in storms and dark nights, the old boat is now replaced by other sailing vessels.

Nothing stops in this world after one’s departure. Time still moves on and life continues .

The tiny star

The tiny star in the dark blue sky twinkled beyond the sparkle of others. The rest of the cluster stared and gave it a stern look.
Asked one of them, “ What makes you shine more brilliantly in the darker night? You’re so small, how can you then stand out so exclusively”?
“We are the rulers of this night sky and the world is on our mercy on a moonless night. Hold back your shine and do not reflect more.”
Timidly the tiny star smiled and said,

“My heart is clear like a crystal,
my thoughts transparent and true,
my soul glitters like a diamond,
as I bow to the maker of this Universe
for gracing me with this place
in the heaven blue”

I have no power to withheld back my shimmer,as I am born to spread the radiance all around with same intensity and splendor.

“Who I am to curb the light
That is bestowed on me
By the God of Life.”

“AMBROSIA”- THE FOOD & DRINK OF GODS

“Ambrosia ” -The eternal food and drink of the celestial beings and gods which makes them immortal.

Well! This is what we have learnt and read through our mythological scriptures. What is so special about this food or drink that makes it so extraordinary and provides immortality? Is there any mixture of potion added or some unique composition which makes it stand out from the rest?

Ambrosia is sometimes depicted in ancient art as distributed by a nymph labeled with that name. In a myth, an opponent to the wine god Dionysus, violence committed against Ambrosia turns her into a grapevine.

Amrita is a hindi or sanskrit word for Ambrosia.

Amrita is produced in the “ocean-churning” samudra manthan legend, which describes how the devas, because of a curse from the sage Durvasawere to lose their immortality. The two sides, god and demons then churn the ocean and create (among other wonderful things) amrita, the nectar of immortality.

Amrit too ,according to yogic philosophy of Indian spiritualism,is considered to be the liquid which is secreted while being in ecstasy and utter bliss ,during the assimilation with god or while having such an experience during meditation which carries the soul to different realm of consciousness.

Ambrosia is considered to be a sweet liquid, similar in taste like honey, referred normally as nectar.

The whole gist reflects the drop of ambrosia or the essence of Ambrosia ,the food, is not a substance that can be used as an intake to get immortality of life.

It is the sweetness that is extracted when we churn out the evils from our body and mind ,leaving behind only the immortal part ie.the soul.It is in fact the drop of nectar which gets secreted when the soul reaches the ultimate level of consciousness and leaves behind the rest to experience the spiritual bliss, which make it immortal.

THE FALLEN DEW!

IMG00181-20100407-0922

“It has been my destiny” said the morning dew fallen on the surface of a leaf.

“I was so happy there up  in the blue skies, amidst the moving dancing clouds “.

It isn’t same here, even though I can see the verdure closely and can feel the freshness of the veins of thy leaf…

“It wasn’t long before when I had grumbled and had wished to see the earth through my eyes .I desired to feel the beauty with my touch.

As I lie here on your cheeks now, I view the world with a different perspective.”

The leaf fluttered in silence and listened to the outpourings of the fallen dew.

She had been a mute listener, an avid lover of pure feelings and thoughts.

As the drop slid from one end to another, she cupped herself properly ,so that it shouldn’t  not fall down to the rough ground!

The morning dew smiled and clung to the leaf tightly.

She had discovered her real destiny.
